Time: 9:00 AM CST -12:00 PM CST
Check in will begin at 8:45am. We recommend arriving about 15 minutes before the program begins to check in and get settled. Please bring the QR code at the bottom of your confirmation email when you check in. Program will begin promptly at 9:00am.
Greet & Gather offers complimentary parking located in front and behind the venue.
A light sweater may be needed if the space becomes a little cool. We will provide resources that support the presentation and additional materials but encourage you to bring additional notepads and writing instruments. This event will be open seating; we encourage you to network and connect with your partners across education.
Lunch will be served at the conclusion of our presentation time. Upon registration, if any dietary accommodations were indicated, that information will be shared with the restaurant/catering. If any changes in dietary needs occur, please email recruitmentevents@utsa.edu. We may not be able to adjust dietary accommodation up to one week before event.
