COVID Orientation Updates


In response to the continued developments of COVID-19 and to support the health and wellbeing of our university community, Spring 2021 Orientation programs will be offered in an online delivery format. We’ve created some FAQs to help you navigate the process of signing up and completing online orientation.

Login to ASAP, navigate to the “Future Roadrunner” tab, click “Sign Up for Orientation” and follow the on-screen instructions until you get to the confirmation page.
You can review your orientation confirmation page on ASAP to find instructions on how to access the online orientation. The program will consist of viewing 7 modules and passing a final quiz with a 90% or better.
The Online Orientation takes about 1.5 to 2 hours to complete.
No, the program is designed to be completed at your own pace. You can access the online orientation at any time.
Although you have until January 19 at noon to complete orientation, we highly recommend you complete online orientation as soon as possible since it includes information that will be helpful as you have your advising appointment and prepare for next semester.
During your virtual advising appointment, you will be advised on your first semester of classes along with an overview of how to register for classes.
Yes, you can complete orientation before your Rowdy Ready requirements are complete. The online orientation is now available, and you can access it at any time.
