Judson ISD’s Veterans Memorial High School students and the UTSA Institute for P-20 Initiatives have formed a partnership to create a college and career pathway for three (3) cohorts of incoming 9th grade students interested in a career in cyber security.
Each cohort of students will be eligible to participate in three (3)immersive summer camp experiences (rising freshman, rising sophomore, rising junior) in connection to, and in preparation for, dual credit coursework as outlined by the Academy partnership. These camps will allow the students to explore cyber security careers, participate in cyber security themed activities, learn invaluable college readiness skills, and prepare for the rigor of their future dual credit coursework.
The Summer Cyber Security Academy is for eligible Veterans Memorial High School students. The Academy will run July 16th-20th. Please visit the registration page for more information.
Parents, please print and complete the forms below for your camper. Any student who does not turn in all three forms at camp start date will not be permitted to participate in camp activities.
