The One Stop Enrollment Center is a Future Roadrunner’s one-stop resource for help in their journey to becoming a UTSA student.
Not only can One Stop staff answer your admissions questions, but you can also submit your documents there and get help with the financial aid application process. Once admitted, One Stop will continue to be your go-to for help with questions related to financial aid and Registrar.
Whether it’s by phone, online chat, video appointments or through email, our One Stop counselors are widely-available and can be reached in whatever way is most convenient for you.
Note: Due to COVID-19, all One Stop locations and QLESS queues are currently closed.
