Hands-on Experience

While at UT San Antonio, Marcela interned with San Anto Cultural Arts, a nonprofit community arts center in the West Side. They interned under the El Placazo community newspaper and did things like teach a poetry class for the center’s youth program and host the El Placazo podcast.
