We’re excited to welcome you to the 2025 The University of Texas at San Antonio Virtual Counselor Updates!
Join us online for an informative session featuring university updates and the opportunity to connect with our recruitment staff as we celebrate your continued support for our students.
- Please register for this virtual event in advance. After registering, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link and additional details to join the session.
- The event will begin promptly at 11:00 a.m. (CST) on Thursday, November 13, 2025, so we recommend logging in about 5–10 minutes early to ensure your audio and video are working properly.
- Presentation materials will be provided electronically after the event, but feel free to have a notepad handy for your own notes.
- We encourage you to participate actively, ask questions in the chat, and connect with fellow counselors from both in-state and out-of-state schools during our virtual networking time.
