Sending Transcripts

Below are the ways you can submit your High School or College transcripts to UTSA’s Office of Undergraduate Admissions.

Faxed, scanned or photocopied transcripts will not be accepted or acknowledged.

Be sure to submit all required transcripts to the UTSA Office of Undergraduate Admissions by the application deadline (not postmarked). You can also check your status when you receive your myUTSA ID to see what items we require to complete your admission file.

Electronic Transcripts

UTSA can receive electronic high school transcripts sent via TREx and Naviance via Parchment delivery and electronic college transcripts sent via SPEEDE, E-Script, National Student Clearinghouse, Parchment and other Electronic (eTranscript) Exchange systems. Official electronic transcripts must be sent from the institution’s Electronic (eTranscript) Exchange systems directly to UTSA.

Official high school transcripts can also be requested by your high school counselor and through Naviance.
