UTSA has a path for high achieving students from the San Antonio Independent School District (SAISD) students to be offered direct admissions to UTSA as early as their junior year!
The Direct Admissions program aims to remove obstacles for SAISD students who want to pursue a college degree, helping students feel confident that they have a top-quality institution secured to pursue their bachelor’s degree once they graduate from high school.
UTSA works with SAISD to identify qualifying students who are in the top 25% of their high school graduating class by the end of their fifth semester. These students then receive an offer of direct admissions from UTSA in the spring semester of their junior year.
