St. Mary’s University & The University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) Counselor Fly in
Come experience the rich culture of San Antonio Texas and the higher education programs offered by The University of Texas at San Antonio and St. Mary’s University. This four-day event for high school counselors will provide an opportunity to meet with admission representatives, current students, faculty, and staff to learn more about each university.
The program begins on Wednesday evening with a welcome reception and dinner hosted by both universities. The university visits kick off Thursday with a VIP campus experience at The University of Texas at San Antonio followed by an evening dinner and event. Friday, you’ll enjoy a daytime VIP campus experience at historic St Mary’s University, with an evening dinner and event.
All meals will be provided Wednesday evening through Friday evening. The program concludes on Friday evening after dinner with St. Mary’s University. We will provide transportation to the airport on Saturday morning. Participants will be receiving a $350 travel voucher for airfare through reimbursement and are responsible for paying all additional travel arrangements beyond that dollar amount. Transportation during your visit, overnight accommodations, and most meals will be provided.

No. Transportation will be accommodated based on schedule of events for the day.
Yes. Only for illness or extreme circumstances will participation not be required in all sponsored events, meals, and other activities.
Unfortunately, no. All participants are expected to use the provided transportation for the duration of the event.
We will designate time to allow or personal time to explore or rest. These times will be in the later afternoon.
Please ensure you list any dietary restrictions or need on the registration form.
Currently we are only allowing invited guests to attend for the event.
