Once you arrive at UTSA Day, your first step is to check in. We recommend you visit our main check-in location, which is located right outside of the H-E-B Student Union. If you are parking in Brackenridge Lot 1 or Brackenridge Lot 2 then you will see large tents and feather flags directing you to the area. If you are parking somewhere else, we will have multiple check-in stations across the campus. Please refer to our UTSA Day map to see all of our additional stations.

We are located on the second floor of the H-E-B UTSA Student Union across the center bridge or right above Frost Bank on the main campus. The Roost offers a variety of games such as pool, air hockey, foosball, ping pong and board games. The Roost also has six different gaming systems, Wii, XBOX 360, PlayStation 3, Playstation 4, Xbox One, and Wii U with over 50 different games to choose from. There are a variety of videos games for each system to choose from. A list of the video games for consoles can be found by visiting The Roost check-out office.

UTSA Spring Football Game- Dub Farris Athletic Complex

Activity Location: Dub Farris Athletic Complex Activity Time: 1:00PM - 4:00PM The eighth annual UTSA Football Fiesta Spring Game presented by HealthTexas Medical Group will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, April 14, at Dub Farris Athletic Complex located at 8400 North Loop 1604 West. Parking and Admission is free to all guests! Please join us for the chance to purchase one of a kind athletic gear, enjoy family activities, meet the players/coaches, as well as have a sneak peek at what is yet to come this season. Don't want to drive? Hop on our shuttle! The shuttle to Dub Farris Athletic Complex will leave the UTSA Convocation Center from 12:00 pm-1:30 pm. The shuttle returning to the UTSA Campus will take place from 2:30 pm-4:00 pm. Please note that the shuttle should run every 20 minutes or so.

Need to refuel? Check out one of the great dining options on campus! The Roadrunner Café serves all-you-care-to-eat meals for $6 (plus tax) per person when you use the coupon found in your UTSA Day brochure. At other dining locations, prices vary depending on location and items purchased. Parking

We recommend parking in Brackenridge Lot 1 or 2. Alternately, you may park in unmarked commuter student surface spaces or spaces marked Employee A or Employee B. You may not park in spaces marked Reserved or spaces designated for Resident parking. Hourly paid parking is available in the Bauerle Road Garage, Ximenes Avenue Garage, or Tobin Avenue Garage at a rate of $2/hour. For more information on parking locations, view the parking map.

To help you experience life as a Roadrunner, we’re offering several types of tours including on-campus housing options and our Campus Recreation.

Workshops

We’ll have UTSA staff on hand in one of our Library computer labs to help complete your FAFSA, apply for admission through Apply Texas and answer any questions you may have.

Fairs

Learn more about the services offered to all Roadrunners. The fairs is an easy way to find out about the various offices on campus, such as dining, testing, career services and much more.

About UTSA Day

UTSA Day is one of the best ways to get introduced to UTSA because we turn the whole university into a giant open house! At UTSA Day, you can attend talks from our academic colleges, explore the campus and housing spaces, and connect with UTSA faculty, staff and students.
