UT San Antonio’s Welcome Centers bring thousands of visitors to campus each year, offering various campus tours and providing information about the university and the campus.
Our excellent team of Tour Guides represents many academic disciplines and they are involved in a variety of student activities. The Welcome Center team looks forward to providing you with a great introduction to UT San Antonio.

Parking
Visitor parking is located in the Bauerle Road Garage. Parking is offered at $2.50 per hour. Please note we are not able to provide parking validation. Be sure to bring your parking ticket with you once you exit your vehicle. Payment will be due at one of the university pay stations prior to your departure.

Parking
Visitor parking is located on the upper level of the Downtown Campus Garage or in our pay by space parking lot next to the Monterey Building. Parking is $2.50 an hour and payment will be due at your time of arrival. Many of our campus services (parking garages, dining, etc.) are only payable with debit or credit cards. Please note we are not able to provide parking validation. If you have any issues with your ticket, please contact (210) 458-7275.
Excuse Letter Policy
The UT San Antonio Welcome Centers will provide a visit letter as part of our visit policy. Our visit excuse letter is on official university letterhead and will note the exact day and time of visit, along with contact information in case verification is required. The UT San Antonio Welcome Centers will not sign any document that the student(s) present from their institution. There are NO exceptions to this policy.
