Academic Success Coaching
Academic Coaching helps students, 1-on-1, to develop effective study skills. Coaches provide strategies to read proactively, take notes, prep for exams, manage time, and more! Academic coaching is not course-specific, but students will learn transferable study skills that can be used across classes.
Campus Living Villages – University Oaks
University Oaks On-Campus Apartments at UTSA. University Oaks provides apartment style housing to students (Freshmen-Graduate), faculty, and staff. Stop by for an in-person tour or schedule a virtual tour online!
If you are a Roadrunner who wants to stay active and improve your wellbeing, Campus Rec offers convenient facilities Main Campus and Downtown as well as drop-in programming to help you meet your fitness goals. Access to Campus Rec and most programming is already paid for by your tuition and fees.
Counseling and Mental Health Services
The Counseling and Mental Health Services is a free and confidential mental health service available to all registered students. The CMHS provides brief, individual, in-person, and virtual counseling, groups, and workshops, as well as biofeedback and more.
First-Year Experience (FYE) is a program that supports incoming students through peer mentorship as they transition into UTSA. FYE Peer Mentors conduct outreach, host events, and meet with students one-on-one to provide academic, social, and personal support in order to enhance student success.
Housing and Residence Life
UTSA Housing and Residence Life offers a variety of floorplans to fit your individual needs across five different on campus hosing properties. The newest property includes Guadalupe Hall which is set to open Fall of 2021. Pricing and Application information can be found on the housing website.
Leadership and Volunteer Services
Regardless of where you are in your leadership journey, by taking advantage of the resources offered by Leadership and Volunteer Services, you will develop into a leader who is committed to life-long learning, community engagement and active citizenship.
Multicultural Student Center for Equity and Justice
The mission of the Multicultural Student Center for Equity and Justice, including the Dreamers Resource Center, is to create an equitable and socially just campus for students through community building, campus advocacy, education, and programming.
One Stop Enrollment Center
The One Stop Enrollment Center assists with all questions related to financial aid, undergraduate admissions and registration. Need help submitting paperwork, want to request a transcript, or verification of enrollment? Our office is here to help!

Student Disability Services
Student Disability Services (SDS) is committed to the full inclusion of students with disabilities by promoting equal access for all University programs and activities and envisions a university environment that is committed to accessibility and inclusion.
Student Health Services
Student Health Services is available to registered students at low cost and offers a variety of services including general medical care, immunizations, women’s health services, and lab work. Our health education team promotes health and wellbeing across campus with the help of our Peer Educators.
The UTSA Student Union serves as the focal point for events, meetings, dining, and relaxation for the UTSA community. Students from across the University come to the Student Union to engage in unique social, recreational, cultural, and educational activities.
The Supplemental Instruction (SI) program promotes student success and retention at UTSA through weekly peer facilitated study sessions designed to enhance academic performance in courses with historically high rates of D, F, and W grade outcomes.
TRIO Student Support Services
Student Support Services (SSS) is a TRiO program that provides opportunities for academic development, assists students with basic college requirements and motivates students to successfully complete their postsecondary education.
Tutoring Services provides academic support for courses in biology, chemistry, engineering, physics, mathematics, statistics and business. Students can access free drop-in, appointment-based, and group tutoring (STARS). Visit our website for our full course offerings and to be connected to tutors.
UTSA Athletics transforms lives as San Antonio’s nationally recognized NCAA D-I program. We develop champions in the classroom, competition and in life, while serving as an integral part of the undergraduate student experience, enhancing the visibility of the university and engaging the community.

UTSA Student Government Association
