Excuse letters are not available for guests accompanying a registered student.

We keep a close eye on weather conditions leading up to each tour. Most campus tours will go on as planned, rain or shine. In the event of severe weather, such as flooding, thunderstorms, or lightning, we’ll contact you promptly by email with any updates. This may include rescheduling or canceling the tour. For more detailed information on transfer, international, or graduate programs, we recommend attending one of our specialized Info Sessions.

Our campus tour offers an engaging look at UT San Antonio, with stops at key academic buildings, student resource centers, and standout campus facilities. Along the way, our knowledgeable guides will share insights into UT San Antonio’s programs, resources, and student life, giving you a true sense of what it means to be a Roadrunner!
